When I'm not in the birth space, you'll find me enjoying Marvel movies, sipping on coffee, and indulging in my favorite treat-Ben & Jerry's Half Baked ice cream.

I'm a proud mom to three lively boys who could give the energizer bunny a run for its money—wild and wonderful! With two C-sections under my belt, my journey to a successful, unmedicated VBA2C with my third babe was a triumph I cherish. As a homeschooling mama, every moment with my boys is a blessing, and I'm grateful for eight years and counting with the love of my life by my side—he truly is the best!
With 15 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my doula practice. Trained by DONA (Doulas of North America) and certified as a Full-Spectrum Doula through Birthworker.com, I possess the skills and expertise to provide exceptional support to birthing families.
Additionally, I've attended a Spinning Babies workshop, further enhancing my ability to assist in optimal fetal positioning for a smoother birth experience. Now, I'm thrilled to channel that passion into supporting incredible mamas like you through the transformative journey of childbirth.
